Background
Tatecca Hearon joined the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management in September 2023 in the role of human resources manager before moving over to assist the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management as an operations manager in January 2024.
Hearon received an Associate of Science in criminology from Columbia Southern University before earning her Bachelor of Science in business administration. Following graduation, she worked in retail banking and federal lending as well as small business consulting and risk management.
In her spare time, Hearon enjoys spending time with family, traveling, crafting and cooking.
