The Excellence in Policing and Public Safety Program (EPPS) is exactly what is needed in South Carolina to mend and build bridges for Community Policing in our state. The training, resources and tools provided to Law Enforcement Officers throughout the state will provide opportunities to implement Best Practices in their respective agencies. Ultimately, I see our communities more engaged and thriving because of the efforts of the EPPS Program.
