Beyond the Classroom Matters (BTCM) is the University of South Carolina’s co-curricular engagement framework that captures student participation in experiences occurring outside and inside the classroom. BTCM helps the institution understand how students engage in programs, services, organizations, leadership opportunities, employment, recreation, and other learning experiences that contribute to their development and success.
