The 2026 Summer Research Symposium will be held on July 23, 2026 in the Atrium of the Science and Technology Building on the campus of the University of South Carolina.  The Symposium will feature presentations by undergraduate student researchers who have worked with USC faculty mentors during the summer. 

There will be a morning poster session and an afternoon poster session, and participants will be notified of their presentation time by Friday, July 17, 2026.  The registration form will ask for a title and information on the presenter(s), mentor(s) and summer research program. While abstracts may be included on posters, abstracts are not part of the registration process for the Summer Research Symposium.   

The public is invited to join us for poster sessions, please check back for more information as the date approaches.
