USC’s Improvement Leader Program combines practical learning with real-time use of improvement tools. Sessions are led by practitioners from the Office of Organizational Excellence. See below for session details. Between sessions, participants apply what they’ve learned by leading real improvement projects in their units. This hands-on work takes about 30 hours and includes one-on-one coaching from OE practitioners.
