Student Gamecock Television (SGTV)
What to Expect
SGTV creates informative and entertaining programming that is specific to USC students but enjoyable by all. Our organization gives students a practical application of Media Arts, Journalism, and Visual Communications coursework in a safe learning environment where taking risks and trying new things are encouraged. We prepare students to be competitive in the job market and give them a chance to share their voice. Our alumni have worked in places like Los Angeles, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and New York in various capacities for production houses, professional sports teams, and news stations.
Associated Student Organization (ASO): student organizations to which the University has delegated certain limited authority to perform specific tasks aligned with the University's mission. These groups are required to maintain a University Advisor who is acting within the context of their university employment.
