Course Description
Basic anatomy and psycho-physics of hearing, pathologies of hearing loss, introduction to identification procedures including hearing screening and pure-tone audiometry, impact of hearing loss on preschool and school-aged children, and educational, psychological, and medical aspects of auditory habilitation.Prerequisite: COMD 507 and COMD 504.GC: 03/25/2019.CL: 2020.
